  Responsible for measuring and monitoring the financial aspects of the projects

—  Master Black Belts

  Trainers of BBs and GBs and mentors of Six Sigma Projects

—  Black Belts are dedicated Six Sigma Project Leaders; Experts of Six Sigma methodology & problem solving tools.

  Allocated working time for the project is not less than 50% of his working time.

—  Green Belts are Six Sigma Project Leaders; Experts of Six Sigma methodology & problem solving tools for the Green Belt competency.

  Allocated working time for the project is not less than 20% of his working time.
