Deployment of Problem Solving Methodology

Problem solving Group 

For each Problem , we are recommending the following Team :

1 Trainer / facilitator ( generally GB /BB)  : Kaizen event leader

2 operators working in the area

1 Sponsor of the area

For that the Team will use the Problem solving tools in order to find and Implement the solutions

Methodology 

Steps :

1- Definition of the Problem to be resolved

2- Set the Target

3- Identify the Causes

4- Brainstorming of the solutions

5- Action Plan

6- Metric Follow up and Saving
